About Jo Ann Marcario and
Jo Ann Marcario and Marie Barresi formed a Real Estate Partnership shortly after they moved from Fairfax County to Loudoun County. Between the two of them, they have over 20 years of experience.
They enjoy helping people, whether they do it personally or professionally. They love living in Potomac Green and their motto for their business in Potomac Green is, "We Live, Work and Play in Potomac Green" They have different personalities but share the same values.
Jo Ann and Marie love Real Estate and helping people fulfill their dreams is what drives them. They sponsor and volunteer for events in Potomac Green. Giving back to their community is important to them.
Jo Ann loves sports and is an avid Terp fan! She and her husband, John have season tickets for Maryland Football and Basketball. Jo Ann enjoys playing Mah Jongg with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her husband John, and son, John C. Marcario. She loves spoiling her kitties, Sophie Mae and Squeaky.
Marie moved to Loudoun County to be close to her daughter, Jenny and her family. Marie treasures time with Jenny, her husband Chris and their 4 young children.
Marie enjoys traveling the world and regularly attends performances at the Kennedy Center. Marie also plays Mah Jongg and enjoys Yoga and values friendships she has made through the years.
