About Matthew

Matthew was a former VP for a large chain of health clubs located in VA, MD & D.C. Matthew was also a marketing and design specialist with over 15 years experience working for executive level clientele such as AOL and Clear Channel. Outside of business, Matthew continuously seeks out life’s greatest challenges with immense enthusiasm. Matthew is a multiple time off-road racing competitor with participation in notable events such as “The Baja 1,000, The Baja 500, Vegas to Reno and the San Felipe 250.” Matthew holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a multiple time gold and silver medalist with over 4 professional mixed martial arts fights. Matthew is also an inventor and holds two fully granted patents from the United States Patent Trademark Office. Matthew currently lives in Warrenton Virginia with his wife Jessica and their two boys Tyler and Jett.

As a native of Northern Virginia and Fairfax High School alumni, Jessica has a deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of the local market trends, residential property values and best practices for clients looking to maximize their home sale profits in the Northern Virginia market. Jessica Wahlstrom is bilingual (Spanish) and studied urban planning while she attended Concordia University in Montreal Canada. After university Jessica spent the next few years working as a certified massage therapist in a sports medicine rehab clinic. Jessica is also a transaction coordinator for Pearson Smith Realty and has extensive knowledge of the administrative side of real estate contracts and transactions. This Jessica is also an active cross-fit athlete and loves spending time outdoors with her family.
