About Jacklyn A.
Jacklyn A. Esguerra began her career in 1999 as an assistant to a top producing real estate agent. Within one year her interest in the field grew to become a passion and she obtained her license in the year 2000, followed it up with a well-earned GRI designation. Closing transaction coordinator, supervisor, manager, and dealing with contractors are an added few positions Jacklyn has held, deepening her knowledge of the ins and outs of the business. Today, in order to keep herself well informed in the constantly changing market, Jacklyn continues to take real estate classes and attend seminars for real estate training. She has inspected countless properties for bank clients and completed a plethora of Residential Broker’s Price Opinions (BPO), henceforth dubbed the “BPO Queen” by her colleagues. She was proud to be a part of the number 1 REO Brokerage team in the area and in 2018 joined the AveryHess, Realtor family. When AveryHess, Realtors closed she found her new brokerage in 2024 with Pearson Smith Realty and could not be happier. Jacklyn brands herself with the slogan “I’m Here To Help”. She finds herself knee deep in love with her career because she loves providing people with answers to even the smallest inquiries, finding temporary homes, or aiding them every step of the way towards a big home purchase. Her familiarity with Northern Virginia, which stems from having grown up there, brings an added ease especially when working with clients. She is proud to have assisted numerous families with their real estate needs in Virginia and Maryland. Jacklyn is a wife and mother to two kids. Together they enjoy family time engaging in everything from visiting with friends and nearby family, checking out new restaurants and frequenting favorites, to watching or taking part in sports and traveling near and far. There is joy and laughter in her heart and anyone that spends time with Jacklyn is sure to see that. “I like getting results and knowing that I’ve helped my clients in the best way possible.
