About Lisa
A Northern Virginia resident for over 40 years, I have witnessed the Route 50 corridor transform from horse farms to thriving communities. My 21 years running a successful floral design business, including over 200 weddings and weekly installations for top DC firms, taught me the value of exceptional customer service.
After founding a nonprofit supporting local schools and partnering with local builders, I transitioned into new home sales. With four years as a Sales Manager, I bring a deep understanding of the home-buying process—from site selection and design options to budgets, easements, and appointments. This experience gives me a unique perspective that benefits my clients in both buying and selling.
I believe staging and thoughtful preparation are key to a successful sale, and I personally stage all my listings at no cost. My goal is to maximize your home’s value while helping buyers find the perfect fit, all with creativity, expertise, and care.
